01 / Objective
The project required constant work with analytics, audience behavior and optimization of advertising campaigns for real purchases, and not just traffic.
For promotion, Google Ads, Meta Ads and retargeting were used, combined into a single performance system.
02 / Segmentation
Particular attention was paid to user segmentation: site visitors, users who added goods to the cart, audiences based on interests, look-alike segments and repeat customers.
Advertising campaigns were constantly optimized based on analytics data and user behavior within the site.
03 / Creative system
Separate creatives, offers and interaction scenarios were created for different segments.
Due to precise work with the audience and constant optimization, it was possible to increase online sales, reduce the cost of attracting a client, increase website conversion, increase the number of repeat orders and make advertising scalable and predictable.
04 / Outcome
This project showed that e-commerce grows not due to a large volume of traffic, but due to proper analytics, segmentation and a performance approach to advertising.
